Delivery and lead times

We supply more than twenty brands, and most product is brought in to order from our suppliers. As a general guide, allow one to two weeks from order to delivery. Some ranges arrive sooner, and we will always confirm the expected timing on your order.

In stock, ships fast: our own ranges, Havolka and Ookami Studio, are held in stock at all times and dispatch quickly. Browse the In Stock Now collection for everything available for immediate dispatch.

Shipping costs

Shipping is a flat $25 for orders under $300 and free for orders over $300. All deliveries are sent via tracked courier, Australia wide, and you will receive a tracking number once your order is fulfilled.

Working to a build programme?

If your project has a deadline, tell us. We will confirm lead times per item before you order, and for scheduled projects we can stage delivery to suit your build programme. Contact sales@entry-point.com.au or call 1300 522 163.

Send us your plans and we will produce a complete hardware schedule for the project, door by door, with every lever, hinge, stop and bolt specified. We then supply everything off the schedule, labelled and delivered to suit your build programme.
