Door handles, levers and knobs from every brand we carry, in every finish we stock.

This is the largest category on the site, which makes it the hardest to browse. If you know the finish you want, filter by it. If you know the brand, go to the brand. If you are not sure what the door actually needs, start below.

Passage, privacy or entrance

This is the single most common specification error we see, and it is worth getting right before anything else.

Passage is for internal doors you will never lock. Bedrooms, living areas, walk in robes, laundry.

Privacy is for internal doors that need locking from the inside, with an emergency release on the other side. Bathrooms, powder rooms, the office.

Entrance is for external doors that need a key. Front and back doors, garage side doors, sheds.

Lever sets do not include a latch, and are used where a mortice lock is already fitted.

Dummy is a fixed handle with no mechanism, used with a catch or magnet on wardrobe and closet doors.

Get this wrong and the hardware arrives and will not do what the door needs. If you are unsure, send us the door list and we will mark up what each opening takes.

Choosing a size and backset

Rose or backplate, lever length, and the backset of the existing lock all matter when replacing hardware. Measure what is there before ordering, or send us a photograph and we will confirm it.

Lead times

Havolka and Ookami Studio are held in stock in Palmyra and generally dispatch the same day. Everything else is brought in to order, usually one to two weeks depending on the brand and finish.

If your job has a date, tell us before you order and we will confirm the lead time on every line in writing.

Doing a whole house?

Send us the plans and we will write the complete hardware schedule, door by door, with function, finish and handing confirmed for every opening, at no charge. Then we supply everything off it, labelled to the schedule. See how the scheduling service works.

Trade pricing is shown once you log in. Instant approval with an ABN.

See and handle every finish in person at our Palmyra showroom, 4/327 Canning Highway, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. Or call 1300 522 163.
