Where it is required
Accessible toilets, disabled facilities and commercial bathrooms. The larger turn and deeper 31mm projection are what make it operable by someone with limited grip or dexterity, which is the point of the accessibility version.
If a certifier has asked for accessible hardware on a bathroom, this is the turn that satisfies it.
Compared with the standard turn
The standard round privacy turn with indicator is smaller and sits flatter. Use that in a house, and this one where compliance applies.
Ordering
Remember the bolt. The turn without a bolt will not lock anything. Match the backset to the door.

Lead time
Havolka and Ookami Studio are held in stock in Palmyra at all times. Orders placed before cut off generally dispatch the same day.
Every other brand is brought in to order, generally one to two weeks depending on the supplier and the finish.

Delivery and lead times
We supply more than twenty brands, and most product is brought in to order from our suppliers. As a general guide, allow one to two weeks from order to delivery. Some ranges arrive sooner, and we will always confirm the expected timing on your order.

Shipping

Working to a build programme?
